珍珠是台湾的特产，俗称“粉圆

Instruction 指示:
Boil the water and put the pearl in it for 15 to 30 minutes. After that turn off the heat and leave the pearl in the bowl for another 20 minutes. Take out and put into the normal temperature water. To store the ready make pearl, please put it into a bowl of sugar water. Please serve it within 6 hours time.
把水煮滚后放入黑珍珠，烹煮15至30分钟。然后关火后，在锅内焖20分钟，拿出来放入凉水洗净。把煮好的珍珠粒放入糖水内，要食用时才取出来。切记，煮好的珍珠放入糖水后只能撑6个小时，放得越久口感越退化。
